Muhammad Ali Swati Honoured by the Prime Minister for His Heroic Feats

Muhammad Ali Swati, a young rescuer from Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has been awarded by Prime Minister Mian Shehbaz Sharif at National Youth Convention for his great work to humanitarian services. Partially funded by the Government of Pakistan and Higher Education Department, the award recognises Swati for the bravery he displayed and to encourage the young generation in the country.

Muhammad Ali Swati was born on 11 th of March in 1993 constituency of Mansehra he gained much popularity after the critically praising August 2023 cable car rescue in Battagram, KP. This was very risky during this particular operation: a group of children is stuck in the cable car. They include national award and recognition and international award and recognition of lifesaving efforts.

That was not the end of Swati’s heroism. In the Naran Flood he commanded a rescue mission whereby more than 600 individuals that were trapped because of a collapsed bridge were successfully evacuated. These awesome deeds carved the man as a dedicated and a courageous rescuer who was deeply committed to the community and his country.

Other than his rescue operations, Muhammad Ali Swati also owns an adventure tourism company. He is a Founder & CEO of Heaven Adventures; he set up the South Asia’s Longest and world highest zipline in Kaghan, Mansehra. This was achieved without any doubt of enhancing local tourism, even as we admire Swati’s creativity and commitment towards growth of his region.

This was evident when the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has acknowledged the youth as an invaluable asset of the country to help chart a path for the nation’s growth. Muhammad Ali Swati’s story shows that young leaders should be courageous, creative and be bound to make services to the society. His vision of the brilliant future, his encouraging words, and a faithful love to his country are the achievements of his legacy.
